The APW Wyott HRS-75 hot dog roller grill features 16 "Tru-Turn" non-stick rollers that provide a wide cooking area, giving you the space to cook up to 75 hot dogs at once.  "Tru-Turn" non-stick rollers offer excellent product release and quick clean up. Just wipe the rollers clean with a damp cloth!
The hot dog roller grill's heating system features two adjustable heating zones. Set one zone for grilling temperatures and the other to food-safe holding temperatures, for serving customers.
This Infinite Control system gives the operator complete control over temperature settings to cook a variety of hot dogs, sausages, egg rolls, and other roll-type products. The APW Wyott HRS-75 hot dog roller grill has a 208V connection
Both infinite control switches have been replaced.  Tested and works great.
